How We Use Information
UCfERI uses submitted information to respond to enquiries, share programme updates, coordinate support services, improve website experience, and maintain records of requests received through the site.

Storage and Access
Where forms are connected to email, Google Apps Script, or another approved service, your data may be stored in secure institutional tools used by UCfERI staff for communication and operational follow-up. Access should be limited to authorised personnel who need the information to assist you.
Sharing of Information
Your information should not be sold. It may be shared internally within the University of Venda or with relevant programme delivery partners only where this is necessary to respond to your request or administer a UCfERI service.
Your Choices
You may request correction, update, or removal of information that you previously submitted by contacting cferi@univen.ac.za. Newsletter communications should also allow you to opt out of future updates.
